- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My loan officer ordered an appraisal and Sunrise was chosen. Not only was the report over a week late, it had 4 errors, 2 very egregious errors. When this was brought to the appraisers attention, it was again very difficult to get a response, then when he finally responded he refused to correct the report. With every appraisal I will need in the future I will tell my loan officer not to use this company.By Sherri D., July 13, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not EVER use Sunrise if you'd like a complete & accurate appraisal. Weeks after getting our copy, there were a few minor errors, but 1 MAJOR mistake. Finally after a few weeks of calls & emails, we received a response that the appraiser would look into it. Now nearly 2 months later and no responses since I can only assume they won't be correcting it. I guess when they're message states to contact them by email only for revisions, you know somethings wrong! Zero stars would be more accurate.By Mark V, October 30, 2016
